Linda is a soft spoken gentle soul and has a passion for relaxation treatments and making a difference in her client’s lives. So it should come as no surprise that she brings with her a beautiful and fitting passion to this business. Linda boasts international qualifications in all fields of beauty, but most notably, her passion for maternity and infant massage made her a great fit. We are excited to announce the addition of these specialized services to our treatment menu and look forward to introducing you all to her in person.  
Pregnancy Massage
I chatted to Linda about some of the pertinent details that you might want to know before booking your massage, this is how it went;
Q – “How would you explain Pregnancy Massage to your clients?”
A – “Pregnancy massage is a catch-all term for and hands on massage during or after pregnancy. It is also sometimes referred to as Prenatal or Postnatal Massage.”
Q – “Is it alright to get a massage while pregnant?”
A – ” Women can benefit from and begin receiving massage treatments safely during any period during their pregnancy. From the first trimester right through to the third as well as after the birth.”
Q – “What are some of the benefits that your clients can look forward to upon receiving a massage during pregnancy?”
A – “The client can benefit in the following ways:
Reduction in stress levels
Reducing sciatic nerve related pain
Increase in blood and lymphatic circulation
Improved mobility and flexibility by relieving aches and pains in the joints and muscles
