Vouchers

Vouchers are available for all treatments offered. Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. In the event that the recipient would not enjoy the treatment specified, the vouchers can be used for other treatments of the same value.  

 

Booking and Payment Policy

24 Hours notice is required for cancellation of a booking. In the case of late arrivals, the treatment time may be reduced in order to fit into the time allowed; other appointments will not be delayed. Packages have the same validity as vouchers (6 months). Packages are non-refundable but can be exchanged for treatments of the same value.  Packages will not be exchanged for products.
